Organize and run a comprehensive review of all OpenGov Africa projects and programs for Q1. The review will assess progress, challenges, outcomes, and alignment with organizational goals, and will inform priorities for the next quarter.

Tasks

  • Define scope of the Q1 review (projects, programs, teams included)
  • Create a standardized reporting template for teams
  • Share reporting template with all team leads
  • Set submission deadline for team reports
  • Collect project and program updates from all teams
  • Review submitted reports for completeness and clarity
  • Identify major achievements across projects
  • Identify blockers and operational challenges
  • Assess milestone completion across teams
  • Evaluate project outcomes against planned objectives
  • Identify projects ready to scale
  • Identify projects requiring pivot or restructuring
  • Identify projects to pause or sunset
  • Compile summary insights across all teams
  • Prepare Q1 review presentation or report
  • Schedule Q1 review meeting with leadership and team leads
  • Facilitate the Q1 review meeting
  • Document key decisions and action points
  • Share final Q1 review summary with all teams
  • Translate insights into priorities for Q2 planning

Where anything is unavailable, it should be noted and stated explicitly with possible blockers. Eg we haven’t had any programs yet.
