Update documentation on deduplication to disk

Currently, the developer documentation has a section on deduplicating objects to disk found here. Since we have started to develop and adapt code for Warehouse on the OpenFE side of things, we have found new information on how to deduplicate items using a keyed chain to write objects to disk.
