CHANGELOG has not been maintained

Describe the bug
CHANGELOG.md only has the 5.0 release, and has not been updated since then.

Expected behavior
All releases should be documented there, or at least a note directing users to where to find them.
Which would you prefer?

I'll add to this. I've just hit trying to run Hibernate 6 with Spring Boot 3.5.x and discovered that it has the Hib 5 compatible querydsl 5.1.0 as the managed version.
So, here I am, but I see all sorts of changes in the non-deps PRs that are resolved but the documentation still points to querydsl.com (which doesn't even have valid HTTPS).

So. Surely it's time to accept the death of querydsl.com and host on pages here with some updates.
As for CHANGELOG.md, that should just get a pointer to https://github.com/OpenFeign/querydsl/releases which is pretty good changelog alternative.

A PR for what? I'm not going to do every option so you can pick which one to merge. That's why I asked in advance of doing anything. OSS doesn't pay my bills either.
