OpenFAST v5.0 will be coming?

I would like to know when the software version OpenFAST v5.0 will be released? or where I can try out this version of OpenFAST in advance?

We expect the release of OpenFAST v4.2 this week and the release of OpenFAST v5 to happen soon after--in February.

What will become OpenFAST v5 is currently being developed in the dev-tc branch: https://github.com/OpenFAST/openfast/tree/dev-tc, which you could already compile and run.
