I have a question: is OpenFAST a two-way or one-way fluid-structure coupling (FSI) approach?

Dear @honorhan,

OpenFAST uses two-way coupling between the fluids (aerodynamics in AeroDyn, hydrodynamics in HydroDyn) and the structure (ElastoDyn, BeamDyn, SubDyn). That is, the aerodynamic and hydrodynamic loads depend on the structural motion, and the structural motion depends on the aerodynamic and hydrodynamic loads.
