FAST.Farm v5.0.0 ServoDyn error

I migrated a FAST.Farm model from v3.5.2 to v5.0.0. After updating all model files, the simulation fails with a ServoDyn-related error.

The DLL paths appear to be configured correctly, with one DLL assigned per turbine. Additionally, running the same turbine model in standalone OpenFAST v5 works without any issues.

Does anyone know what might cause this discrepancy in FAST.Farm, or what I should check next?

I updated the model to be compatible with v4.2.1, but I’m observing the same behavior: it runs correctly with standalone OpenFAST, but not with FAST.Farm.

Can you attach the beginning of the simulation output with the compilation output?

Is this an NREL (NLR) provided controller, or one of your own?

I am using the latest version of the ROSCO dll.

I was able to resolve the issue with v5 by placing the .fstf file and the ServoDyn file in separate folders. I didn’t investigate the root cause further, so I’m not certain whether this fixed the underlying problem or if it worked incidentally (for example, by shortening the file paths with the new structure).
