This will be judged by ODC Jedi members
Criteria include:

• clarity of explanation
• implementation of known useful algorithms
• open source - after analysis is completed and the round is protected, the presumption is that the code and underlying datasets can be made public at the discretion of the ODC and Gitcoin; no information on the ID of the wallets themselves will be released

Compensation:

• 1 x $1000
• possible $250 prizes for 2nd and 3rd place - up to ODC Jedi vote
