Update howto on frontpage

After 1.3.1 is released, the result of OpenDDRmobi/openddr-java#10 should be documented on the front page instead of constructor use of ClassifierBuilder. The public constructor will be left there at least till another release or two, but the factory method will be the preferred way to use it.
