Issue description:
When selecting all tests for a run, for example both MSTest tests, and NUnit tests, only part of the tests (only MSTest group) are run.
Versions used:
- OpenCover exe: latest
- OpenCover.UI: latest from master
- Visual Studio (inc. SP number): VS2015 Pro
- MsTest/NUnit/xUnit: MsTest and NUnit
