mac air silicon heating

What happened?

so I was testing it on my macbook air m3 and it's not even 2 minutes and my macbook heated up like crazy, feel like a portable heater

things that I've done and nothing work:

1. turn down resolution to 1680x1050
2. turn down bitrate into 30
3. video codec H.264
4. video decoder VToolbox(FFmpeg VT)
5. and disable HDR

tried the latest version and when I open Opennow Stable it giving me an error message

Command + Space -> terminal -> press enter.

Type the following command:

xattr -c [path/to/application.app]

[echoo21]

okay so I manage to open it now but there is another issue. When I launch any game and it was on queue page that showing "Waiting in queue" for like 2 seconds and that queue windows close itself and back to library, maybe I should open new issue? but I haven't test the game yet inorder to confirm it will not cook my mac
