This has been fixed in the Native branch and will be available in v0.2.4.

Changes:

• Fullscreen now uses borderless mode by default, which allows Alt+Tab to work properly and other windows to appear on top
• Added a new "Display" section in Settings where you can toggle between borderless and exclusive fullscreen modes

If you need the lowest possible latency and don't mind Alt+Tab not working, you can disable "Borderless fullscreen" in Settings > Display.
