Ability to change owner

It would be nice to change the owner of a device/service.

I believe this can be done using a PUT on the device or service to update the owner (in ID form).

REST interface needs support for owner field as part of the respective update requests. Added issue there

Was held back pending resolution of user/device/service tokens review. Changing owner should result in cleanup and new topic subscription on REST side.
