Multiple sign-in messages for Ledger - Production (OpenCerts Admin)

Our user reported that she was prompted these 2 messages on https://admin.opencerts.io with the physical LedgerNano cryptowallet (after selecting Ledger, then production), multiple times before the page can be displayed.


Is this normal system behaviour?

this bug is tracked and will be fixed
while annoying, the site is still safe to use
