Put up message when no bluetooth adaptor available #199
Description
If you run XRPCode on a machine with no bluetooth and click on the bluetooth connection button it doesn't appear to be doing anything.
In the debug console there is an error saying no bluetooth I think the error is BluetoothAdapterNotFoundError
