Purpose
Reshape the FIP Workbench toward the dense Demo-Factory operator-console pattern.
Acceptance Criteria
- Uses sidebar navigation and a persistent status strip.
- Keeps existing Sentinel routes available.
- Adds navigation slots for Connections, Protocol Diagnostics, and Tag/Source Browser.
- Preserves simulator/demo safety language where current demo data is shown.
- Does not introduce production writeback controls.
Implementation Order
Step 5. Start after connection API shape is stable enough for UI client types.
Test Plan
Frontend component tests and Playwright smoke for existing Sentinel workflow still passing after shell redesign.
