Demo: Add RCA/CAPA draft preview requirements for UI

Purpose

Define what the Operations Workbench must display for the RCA/CAPA draft preview.

Acceptance Criteria

• UI requirements are documented.
• Draft preview must show problem statement, evidence summary, recommended containment, and CAPA placeholder.
• Draft preview must show demo-generated and human-review-required labels.
• Copy/export option is listed as demo-polish unless trivial.

RCA/CAPA draft generation and Workbench RCA/CAPA preview page.

• QMS integration.
• Formal export format.
• Compliance validation package.

Test Plan

• Compare UI requirements against current API response.
• Confirm Workbench issue references these requirements.
