Epic: Demo Ready Application Vertical Slice

Purpose

Coordinate all work required to make the Factory Intelligence Platform demo-ready across simulator, ingestion, Process Sentinel, evidence, governed recommendations, RCA/CAPA draft preview, Operations Workbench UI, demo runbook, and smoke testing.

This epic is scoped to an 8-10 minute simulator-backed manufacturer demo. It is not a production release plan.

Acceptance Criteria

• A user can generate deterministic demo data.
• A user can ingest demo data locally.
• Process Sentinel produces at least one clear demo detection.
• The detection includes readable evidence.
• A governed recommendation is created for the detection.
• A human can approve, reject, or defer the recommendation.
• The decision is visible in the app.
• An RCA/CAPA draft can be previewed.
• The Operations Workbench UI presents the entire workflow.
• A demo runbook explains the full local setup and demo script.
• A smoke test covers the main demo path.
• Data is clearly marked as simulator-backed demo data.
• Post-demo work is separated from demo-critical work.
