Using CreateNotificationIncludePlayerIds

Since 2023-04-11 18:21:20.400 for some unknown reason I am always getting back a NULL in the CreateNotificationSuccessResponse value using the CreateNotificationIncludePlayerIds method? What changed? I however get the message but never the reference Id in the response? It's always null now?
