Update code in oneplus/sm8250_t_13.0.0_op9r

It seems few versions out of date, considering latest LE2101 is 11.F.16.

Also, it happens to have some issues on 19811 (OP8 Pro):

• Broken single tap, double tap, letter S gestures (uh oh, this is pretty similar to issue on SM8150, which just happens to be ignored @OnePlusOSSAdmin (sad!))
• Broken panel dtsi files:
  According to IN2025_11_F.13, 19811 dtsi should provide mdss_dsi_oppo19065_samsung_1440_3168_dsc_cmd, mdss_dsi_oppo19161samsung_amb655uv01_1080_2400_cmd, but the released source has mdss_dsi_oplus19065_samsung_1440_3168_dsc_cmd, mdss_dsi_oplus19161samsung_amb655uv01_1080_2400_cmd instead.
  Because of this mismatch between BL and DTS, we aren't able to boot with provided DTS source code out of box.
