Latest offcloud comes with lot of changes with some usefull and some useless,
what happened to lifetime accounts ..? now lifetime accounts become just one year accounts why first give statement about that we don't received any email regarding about that.
and many people bought offcloud lifetime deal in socialstack at just 39usd, but i bought offcloud deal for 299usd in 2023 so give me clarification about offcloud
i have bought 4 lifetime accounts for 299usd total 1196 usd for me and my friends
without notice anything how my lifetime accounts became 1 year accounts
i want my 4 lifetime accounts back

The could have just kept the lifetime account as it is so limited. If they improved their download and bandwidth capabilities lifetime account holders could purchase small packs for additional slots and data. 39.99USD /yr isn't chap and there are many other better options to move while Offcloud still in development and building cache.

Ask for refund, we didn't signed up for this. BTW Offcloud is totally unusable for me now. Cache/download nothing works. I am having some weird feeling that next 1 year it'll just go on like this and you've to pay when service stabilizes. Just get a refund and many good debrid service available for $3 a month or less.

Sirously we should all explain our disappointment with there dirty lifetiime rip off on trust pilot and reddit so everyone can see what a dirty service they have ran not to mention on top of getting blindsided after 2 months buying lifetime For 300.00 USD and left us with a broken service for close to a year now there still broke engine is still a problem in many levels, you doing your loyal customers who stuck with you from the beginning a middle finger while we dealt with broken services for a year, honor you lifetime make a good service and we will vouch or it of its actually good to attract more customers that being said all lifetime membership should be grandfathered in.

The original service that previously operated under offcloud.com by the former founding team has ended and is no longer available. After the loss of the team member responsible for the technical operation, the remaining team was unable and chose not to continue running the website.

We have acquired the domain and the user database and are launching a new service under the same domain. Since many users unfortunately lost access to paid value when the old service disappeared, we are offering a one-time welcome gift to former lifetime members: one year of Premium membership in our new product at no additional cost.

Please note that our current service is not the same as the previous one. While some features may be similar, the website, feature set, and usage limits are different. For this reason, lifetime memberships from the old service cannot be carried over or continued. This is not due to unwillingness on our part, but because the old website and product are permanently gone and cannot be restored.
