translate website app v3.0 to Spanish

We need to translate the website app 3.0 version from english to spanish. Most of the text can be reused from 2.2, but please note that some cards as changed and that we are now using ASVS 5.0 not ASVS 4.0

Most of it can be just copied to v3.0. If you see any mistakes, please feel free to correct them.

The most effective is probably to just do a diff between

You will notice that there actually isn't that much that has changed.

Please be aware that SM7 in webapp-cards-3.0-en.yaml

recently has been changed from:

"Graham can utilize Adam's session after he has finished, because there is no log out function, or he cannot easily log out, or because the log out and other mechanisms for authentication settings do not permit the user to terminate the session or sessions"

to

"Graham can utilize Adam's session after he has finished, because there is no log out function, or he cannot easily log out, or because the log out and other mechanisms for changing authentication settings do not permit the user to terminate the session or sessions"
