I'm just leaving this here for people to discuss (maybe in the next 4.2 meeting) whether there is any value to storing the tables in separate .csv or .xslx files and then reading them in using a reader plugin? I don't expect this to have any value unless people want to be able to copy the entire table for whatever reason, but there is that option.
