Iterate Repo Structure

We need to re-iterate the project structure. This means:

1. Configuration files
2. Source code structure
3. Testing file (co)location

We also need to think about turning the repo into a mono-repo so that each plugin will be a separate consumable package.
Options for monorepo management:

1. NX
2. Yarn Workspaces
3. Rush (heard it's an option, worth checking out)
4. pnpm
