As a user and admin user, I want the chatbot responses to sound natural and helpful so that they seem less robotic.
Criteria to meet this:
- Update system prompt to include tone guidance (friendly, conversational but concise)
- Replace response templates with natural phrasing
- Add the varied response openers ("Here's what I found..." or "I'd be absolutely happy to help!"
- Ensure responses end with an open question or CTA when appropriate, such as "Need anything else?"
- Get feedback from users on the tone/responses
