RedNode Trademark Policy

English

RedNode is an open-source project. The source code is licensed under the repository license. This document defines the trademark usage policy for the RedNode name and branding.

What is considered a trademark

  • The name “RedNode”
  • RedNode logos and visual identity (if provided)
  • Official release naming and branding

You MAY

  • Fork the project and modify the source code
  • Redistribute your fork under the open-source license
  • Refer to RedNode in a factual manner:
    • “Forked from RedNode”
    • “Based on RedNode”

You MAY NOT

  • Use the RedNode name or logo to imply your fork is the official project
  • Present modified versions as “official RedNode”
  • Use confusingly similar branding that suggests endorsement

Fork requirements

Forks must clearly:

  • Use a modified project name or prominent qualifiers (e.g., “Unofficial”)
  • Avoid implying official status or endorsement

RedNode는 오픈소스 프로젝트입니다. 본 문서는 RedNode 명칭 및 브랜딩 사용에 대한 상표 정책을 정의합니다.

상표에 해당하는 항목

  • “RedNode”라는 명칭
  • RedNode 로고 및 시각적 아이덴티티(제공되는 경우)
  • 공식 릴리즈 및 배포물의 명칭

허용되는 사항

  • 소스 코드를 포크하고 수정하는 행위
  • 오픈소스 라이선스 범위 내에서의 재배포
  • 다음과 같은 사실 기반 표기:
    • “RedNode에서 포크됨”
    • “RedNode 기반 프로젝트”

허용되지 않는 사항

  • 포크 프로젝트를 공식 RedNode처럼 보이게 하는 행위
  • 수정된 버전을 “공식 RedNode”로 표시
  • 사용자를 혼동시키는 유사 브랜딩 사용

포크 시 요구사항

  • 프로젝트 명칭 변경 또는 “비공식” 표기
  • 공식 프로젝트로 오인될 수 있는 표현 금지
