Fix Requiring Setting Preamble Information

While needing usage information and a description of the program is nice, having a name, version number, postamble, etc. is cumbersome - especially if someone is building a hobby program. Having these be declared in a way such that they do not need to be set - maybe there is a way to provide a default value - would be nice and cut down on the work needed to get a program compiling.
