Machine status doesn't show in-progress builds on localhost

Describe the bug

The machine status page is not showing any in-progress builds in the localhost machine, even though they are being built.

Remote build machines do show in-progress builds.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click Status -> Machine Status
2. Observe how localhost doesn't show any in-progress builds

Expected behavior
I expected in-progress builds to be shown.
