[Feature] Add PIV support

Please, add PIV support to your libraries and this app.

The relevant features would be:

• importing p12
• changing pins
• factory reset
• owner settings/properties
• reading certificate and info about it
• generating keys
• review pynitrokey if other commands are also useful for Nitrokey App 2

A first implementation could work in CCID mode only. Later we probably want to have both a CCID and CTAPHID connection to the device to provide access to all features.
