Considering my plan to create a blog using Blazor and gradually improve it over time, I'm wondering: What tools and hosting platforms would you recommend for someone like me who's new to Blazor and wants to ensure a smooth and efficient development process? Any insights or suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated!

I would recommend that you use Azure for hosting, and Visual Studio as your IDE.
Visual Studio makes setting up hosting in Azure pretty easy through it's publish to Azure functionality.
Azure has a good free tier for both Azure App Service (Blazor Server), Azure SignalR Service (Blazor Server) and Static Web Apps (Blazor WASM)

I would however also recommend that you wait for the release of dotnet 8 in November 2023, because the hosting model for Blazor should be changing quite a bit with the changes planned.
