Add optional configuration file (JSON) to load specific parameters that are not stored in the instrument metadata,
(would be useful to have a script that allows easy generation of this configuration file using dropdowns)
These may include:
System Name,
Facility RRID
Instrument RRID
Parameters required for image analysis such as:
Stand Type (AxioObserver/AxioImager/AxioExaminer/Ti2/TiE/etc)
Scanhead Type (/700/800/900/SP5/SP8 etc)
Invert/Upright Stand
Scanhead location (Side/Rear/Top)
Internal magnification (system configuration dependent) etc
Pinhole parameters(may be more than one, ie: Dragonfly, so need to group by pinhole sizing?)
Pinhole Size
Pinhole shape (square/Circular/Hexagonal)
Reported pinhole Side (Side/Diameter/Diagonal)
Pinhole Spacing
Shape Factor
Objective information (may be more than one)
Objective Name
Objective NA
Objective Medium
Objective RI
Detector Information (may be more than one detector)
Detector Model (Hamamatsu Flash 4.0 v3)
