Unable to install BCML, missing packages? Is it a me issue?

Im unable to install BCML, either via CMD or Python Command line.
Looking into the reuqired packages in VSC I seem to be missing oead, webview, requests, packaging.version and xxhash
I tried to install oead for a start, but it threw an error, even after repeated install attempts:
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable
Requirement already satisfied: oead in c:---\python\python38\site-packages (1.2.9.post4)
The error message did not go away.
I am using the recommended Python 3.8.10 for AMD64 and am by far not smart enough to rebuild the missing packages myself.

Just open cmd and type in pip install bcml==3.10.4, do a clean install of python if necessary

Well, i tried the command approach via VSC and it worked
previously i was trying to go through the execution of the install.py route but that led nowhere.

Don't, open cmd and type in pip install bcml==3.10.4.

You can open cmd by pressing Windows key + R and typing in cmd.

To follow up on that, VSC may or may not use its own separate version of python as compared to the rest of your computer. You wouldn't need to use VSC unless you were trying to build it, which is unnecessary when you're already using the correct version of Python

It may run properly, it may not, if you install it through VSC. We don't support any method of installation other than through the regular command line
