Feature idea: web gui for get_keyword_rule_matches()

The web gui on https://valhalla.nextron-systems.com/ only returns rules but it would be nice to be able to search for hashes using get_keyword_rule_matches() because the tags are of a better quality than on VT.

Might also be a good showcase for the API.
