Blog pictures don't update

As far as I can tell, the blog picture here is not updating: https://newmediacaucus.org/blog/member-spotlight-elizabeth-acevedo

I've deleted it and replaced it with an edited image several times, but it still shows the zoomed in picture with the left corner cut off.

The new one is substantially zoomed out so that doesn't happen.

I'm self-assigning this issue as it may be a caching issue, which is a feature I implemented.

@jls-has can you attach the original image to this thread so I can do some testing with it?
