Add N2A to NWB Community Tools page

N2A (Neurons2Algorithms) is a language for modeling neural systems, along with a software tool for editing models and simulating them. From discussions with @frothga at SFN, we found out about this software and that it accepts NWB files as an input. It would be great to add this to the community tools page.
