tokenization of existing shares

this is a replacement for pre-allocation (which we may do later)

1. They do a standard ETO with standard agreement etc.
2. In on-chain governance (token controller) we do shareholder resolution which is voted in standard way and on execution it will increase number of equity tokens and allocate those to set of wallets (belonging to investors)
3. Platform takes a 2% fee from the allocation.
