I had to switch from a single root path to multiple. Currently I have around 7 paths. And it picks only the last entry in the UI and applies only the last. In my case the last entry is a folder, so it applies only the yaml files in it. I had to mask the actual values , but the last one in the list is the one shown in the UI.
