Meta data displayed on FB for pages

The issue is that pasting for example this page http://netdevelopers.pl/facebook/top-last-month
into FB news feed should show there some content of the actual page. A teaser.
Currently this is displayed:
".NET Developers Poland
NETDEVELOPERS.PL"

What we should have in this particular case is something like:
"Top posts in January 2017" and some more info.

So basically this is about adding fb: tags in the header?
