The ONTAP administrator must run the object-store-server users regenerate-keys command to set the access key and secret key for this user.

The correct command would be - object-store-server user regenerate-keys
Verified the same on one of the storage systems. With "users" it says -

FPSA-A400-PLT::> object-store-server users regenerate-keys

Error: "users" is not a recognized command
