[FEAT] Update HANA reference to stable endpoint #752
Description
Objective
Update default hana configuration to use a stable endpoint when that endpoint is updated to include IP Address and other new functionality.
Initial Implementation Requirements
- Stable neon-hana release
- Update mark_2 configuration
- Update default configuration (IP Address and HANA config)
