treesitter_diff_highlight not enabled by default

Description

Unlike mentioned in the "Default Config" part of the documentation, treesitter_diff_highlight is not set to true by default, I had to set it to true in my opts = {} for it to be enabled.
Section of the documentation referencing this:

(This is an incredibly small bug, thanks for the awesome plugin! Can't wait for it to have all of magit's features, and why not lazygit's undo!)

Steps to reproduce

1. Base installation
2. ll to open the logs
3. <enter> on a commit to see the diff
4. Diff is not treesitter highlighted, just green/red

Expected behavior

treesitter highlighting is enabled by default, or docs are updated

Actual behavior

treesitter highlighting seems to be disabled by default, docs are misleading
