[Bug] Tapping on empty folders crash the app

Guidelines

• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one bug.

Describe the bug

1. Use folders in drawer
2. As you open the drawer, folders are all empty as app list is loading. Or just create an empty folder
3. Tap on an empty folder or on a folder before app list is loaded
4. Launcher crashes

Expected Behavior

The empty folder should open and display nothing
