Neo Feed syncs even when it shouldn’t

Describe the bug
Despite setting "Synchronisation frequency" to the lowest (6 hours) and "Synchronization on wifi only" on, I get a syncing notification very often (every 30 minutes maybe?).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set "Synchronisation frequency" to the lowest (6 hours)
2. Set "Synchronization on wifi only" on
3. Wait less than 6 hours and/or disconnect from wifi
4. Get syncing notifications anyway

Expected behavior
Neo Feed should respect the settings and not sync when it shouldn’t
