[Feature] Nautilus add renew key to wrapped voi for manager

Description

Add support for a "Renew Key" action in the Nautilus UI for the manager of the Wrapped VOI (wVOI) token. This functionality allows the manager to extend or refresh the administrative key used to manage contract parameters, ensuring ongoing control and contract security.

This feature should be accessible only to the current manager and clearly indicate the purpose and outcome of the action.

Tasks

• Call the appropriate contract method to determine manager
• Add a “Renew Key” button to the Wrapped VOI admin panel (visible only to the manager)
• Call the appropriate contract method to renew the key
• Display confirmation and status feedback to the user (success, error, pending)
• Ensure the feature is secure and permission-checked
• Add optional tooltip or description explaining what “Renew Key” does

Expected Outcome

• The manager of wVOI can easily renew the key through the Nautilus UI
• Transaction status is clearly communicated
• Improves UX and contract security without relying on direct CLI or SDK interaction
