Bug Description

The PR #384 introduced an error building the image.

• Why the actions didn't capture it when the PR was created, i.e. before the PR was merged.
• Fix the issue. In a glance, it is not clear if it is a change in the syntax or some dependency got outdated.

Looks like it was just a GitHub API rate limit error that was resolved by waiting a little bit an re-running. I'm not sure we can do much more than that...

Maybe just being mindful of how many PR's we merge into main at once
