storage-finder: Remove "synchronous access" or reword it to something meaningful #320

Description

@remram44

If we don't know what it means, it's unlikely to make any sense to users. For the services that are web-based, it seems to point to concurrent editing capabilities? For the other ones, it seems to be sort-of random. I suggest we rename it to "concurrent editing" or similar, or remove it entirely.

Either way, the answer for "Amazon S3" and "Research Data Lake" probably can't be different, if they are both S3.

The answers for the filesystem options should also probably be the same throughout: Ceph, Windows File Sharing, HPC {Archive,Scratch,RPS}, Research Workspace
