Remove dependency on the Redis container from Bitnami

Bitnami catalog has been going through some changes, please see bitnami/charts#35164.
Some of the Bitnami images (e.g docker.io/bitnami/redis) are no longer available. Can be good to check and offboard the bitnami images.
