MISP upgrade to v2.5.24?

The NUKIB image is getting "old". It provides MISP v2.5.18. It would be nice to trigger packaging again and make a newer version available. :-)

v.2.5.24 fixes a few security issues so I suggest targeting that version when providing a new package.

This image is not being built and pushed regularly, also the build is from Missed 'develop' branch which may be unstable. I suggest you clone this project and build the image yourself.
