MinIO no longer provides containers

Important: The MinIO community edition is now distributed as source code only. We will no longer provide pre-compiled binary releases for the community version.

Problem for the S3 bucket test. As long as quay.io/minio/minio:latest still exists the test will pass, but it will eventually not have up-to-date S3 functionality.
