Description
As we build out other tools in NOT SIG, one use case could be to post SOAP notes from the Interactive SOAP Notes tool to the #heads-sig channel so that Haoqi and other SIG heads could see the notes.
This can be implemented using the files.upload method by specifying a file_type of post. The files should also be automatically updated whenever the SOAP notes in the tool are updated.
