Unable to update Firmware. Checksum Error

Hi,

I have just flashed a NSPanel and have it connected to Home Assistant, I can access the panel via it's IP address and also it shows up in NP Panel Manager. However I have the following 2 Alerts:

Manager has no checksum for installed firmware on panel. If this doesn't go away within 5 minutes, try performing a firmware update from the manager.

Manager has no checksum for installed GUI on panel. If this doesn't go away within 5 minutes, try performing a GUI update from the manager.

I have tried to force a firmware update but nothing happens. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Try to enable debug (or at least info) log level in the web interface on the panel itself. Then, once it has restarted, try to perform the update again and check the logs. The logs can be seen in the manager at the bottom of the page for panel specific settings.

Yes, in the manager on the panel in question press the "visit" button. It will take you to the page we're you first setup WiFi and Matt settings on the panel. On the top of the page you can set the log level.

The is usually a question of the wrong IP and port in the "manager address" and "manager port" in the settings page.
